Ingredients
1 cup quick oats
1/2 cup peanut butter (or any nut butter)
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup dried cranberries or raisins (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
Step 2
Press the mixture firmly into a baking dish or tray.
Step 3
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, then cut into bars.
Tip: Perfect for breakfast or a quick snack on the go.
